Dover Boro Annual Carnival

     It is a yearly tradition at the Dover Boro Carnival to sponsor a water battle of epic proportions, with a multitiude of fire companies all vying to force the barrel to the opponents pole. Wellsville has a long history of successful water battle victories, and this year was no exception!!
