The event this weekend is BYOB. There will be soda, water, and coffee, available for those attending the actual event.
For those who chose to have the food to go, you must present a pre-paid valid ticket stub to pick up your meal(s). There will be NO event ticket sales the day of the event. Pick up time is 3 pm - 4 pm. Doors for the in person event open at 4 pm.
Please see the map for the pick up food route. All those attending the event in person, please park in the gravel parking lot as usual.
If you have not already made your decision as to attending in person or picking up your meal, please do so immediately and contact Sandy via text or voicemail at 717-577-9570 so we can package the meals accordingly.
**************************************************************************************************************************** The March Lucky Number Event is being moved to April this year. It is our intention to hold the event indoors/outdoors (weather permitting) to provide social distancing while allowing more people to attend.
Doors open at 4 pm (must be 21 to attend), dinner is served at 5 pm and the final drawing is 8:30 pm. Ticket prices have increased by $5 ($20 to $25) to help cover the rises in our event operating expenses. The half way drawing will be held March 6 at 9 am, please have all tickets for the halfway drawing back to ticket sellers prior to that date if you are interested in participating. The half way drawing is for 20 - $25 winners.
The meal is BBQ chicken, steamed shrimp, macaroni salad, baked beans, and dessert. Snacks and drinks also provided. Small games of chance available throughout the evening.
There will be no ticket sales at the door, purchased ticket stubs need turned in by March 19 to facilitate food ordering.
