We want to thank everyone who attended our annual Fire Prevention Week Open house last night. We had a good turn out and hope the children and parents learned something. We had nice weather which allowed everyone to view the minivan that was cut apart to show how we gain access to injured patients in a vehicle accident. We also had an informational video, a smoke detector display, and a display with the Turnout gear the fire fighters wear and some of the tools they use. The children also had fun knocking down bowling pins with a fire hose.
